TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Below are our standard terms and conditions for the photography services.

    Definitions

    (a) Picture includes as a photograph, image, negative, digital scan, artwork, postcard or any other item which may be offered for the purposes of reproduction

    (b) The Photographer (otherwise known as Ksenia Zizina) is the Author of the photograph

    (c) The Client is the person or organisation to whom the invoice is addressed 

    (d) Deposit is 25% of the full service fee to secure the booking on a specific date and time. Deposits are non-refundable 

    (e) Service fee is the price agreed by the Client and the Photographer for the services provided

    (f) Full day coverage is 8 hour of shooting. Half day coverage is up to 4 hour of shooting

    Copyright

    (a) The entire copyright in the pictures is retained by the Photographer, Ksenia Zizina at all times

    Booking and Cancellation

    (a) The Client will be required to complete a Booking Form and pay a Deposit upfront. The booking will be considered Confirmed upon receiving the Deposit payment.

    (b) Once the Client has made a booking for a specific time and date and this date/time has been Confirmed, Ksenia Zizina and For All Things Creative team will not accept any other work from other clients for those times and dates.

    (c) Once a booking is Confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled, the Deposit will not be refunded.

    (d) Once a booking is Confirmed, if the Client subsequently would need to change the date and/or time the Deposit will secure new date and time, based on the availability of the Photographer

    Fees

    (a) Full service fee is  agreed individually with the Client in a written form

    (b) Transport costs are included in the service fee

    Special Offers

    (a) All offers are subject to change at the discretion of the Photographer 

    (b) Where a closing date has been set, no extension to this will be given

    (c) Your use of any voucher/offer indicates your agreement to be bound by our terms and conditions

    (d) No offer may be combined with any other

    (e) All special offers apply only to photoshoots in Scotland
